one more qualified to judge the funniest of the funny than our loyal readers, each year we rely on your votes to help choose the best shot from our 11 monthly
winners (one from each issue in 2007). So please fill out a ballot or vote online and help us crown our 2007 Over the Transom photo contest grand-prize winner.
